I want to sincerely thank you for arranging this town hall, allowing for Americans to weigh in on this important nomination. I am so grateful to Heritage for your continuous outreach to inform the citizenry.

Where are those Senators proclaiming to support 2nd Amendment rights of Americans? Ms Sotomayor’s judicial record is clearly anti-2nd Amendment. Hopefully those Senators will stand up and be counted when the full Senate votes on her nomination.
If Sotomayor is confirmed, Lindsey Graham and the rest of the Republicans who favored her are all traitors to the good citizens of this country especially the Conservatives. Obama picked her as his candidate for the Supreme Court and she will be his ally and therefore anything that Obama wants Obama gets regarding changing laws as he already has, and many more that are coming. His concept of change is such that if he doesnt like something, he will substitute it for another regardless of whether it is constitutional or not. By the way Sotomayor answered questions regarding the Constitution she illustrated that she and Obama believe in almost the same things like abortion, etc., which Obama and the democrats favor. I hope that our great CONSTITUTION will not be lost in the process.
The Heritage Foundation has provided a great service in presenting this Town Hall. It’s unfortunate that what the American people want will be total disregarded by the party in power; ideology rules, not the Constitution. So sad for the America I’ve known and love.
